for Behavioral Health and Recovery Facilities

Anchor 1

Our Offerings

We bring guided breathwork and meditation directly into behavioral health and recovery facilities, creating uplifting group experiences that support regulation, connection, and emotional well-being.

Sessions begin at one hour and can be extended based on your facility’s needs.

Breathwork Sessions

Guided breathwork practices—rhythmic cycles of deep, fast breathing followed by breath holds—help residents release stored energy or trauma, reduce stress, and cultivate emotional resilience.

Meditation Sessions

Mindfulness, breath-focused, or guided meditation techniques support calm, mental clarity, and self-awareness. Sessions help residents build inner resources, creating space for reflection, emotional balance, and a greater sense of personal agency.

Combined Breathwork + Meditation

Many facilities choose a blended session: beginning with breathwork to anchor the body and mind, then easing into meditation for deeper presence and integration. This flow allows residents to experience both grounding and insight within a single session.

Optional Add-Ons: Music, Rhythm & Other Modalities

For programs that desire a more immersive or expressive experience, sessions can incorporate live music, drumming, chanting, or gentle movement. These elements are tailored to the needs of each group, offering a supportive, embodied, and uplifting atmosphere.

Professional Counseling Services

Seth is available for one-on-one counseling sessions. He brings an eclectic mix of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a range of other modalities to meet clients exactly where they're at.

When we return to the breath, we return to ourselves.

About the Modalities

Breathwork

Breathwork is a simple, accessible tool that residents can use anytime, anywhere. By deepening the breath, the nervous system shifts out of stress mode and into a state of regulation and calm. This helps reduce anxiety, steady emotions, and create a sense of internal safety.

Breathwork doesn’t require equipment, training, or medication — just the body and the breath. It’s a practical skill residents can take with them long after the session ends, offering a way to center the mind and body in moments of overwhelm.

Meditation

Meditation is a sacred, grounding practice found in traditions around the world. Through quiet focus, breath awareness, and guided presence, meditation helps settle the mind, improve concentration, and increase emotional balance.

For residents in behavioral health and recovery settings, meditation offers a gentle pathway to reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner stillness, and build resilience. Even a few minutes of meditation can shift the internal landscape, making space for clarity and calm.

Chanting & Kirtan

Chanting and kirtan are ancient practices that use sound, repetition, and community to create a sense of connection and uplift. These call-and-response songs are simple, grounding, and open to everyone — no musical experience needed.

Chanting in these traditions often uses mantra, which is a repeated word or phrase designed to focus the mind and calm the nervous system. Many mantras come from Sanskrit, one of the world’s oldest sacred languages. Sanskrit mantras aren’t tied to any specific religion in this context — they’re simply sound vibrations that help quiet mental chatter, regulate the breath, and bring the group into a shared rhythm.

Chanting and kirtan are known to faciliate profound experiences - breaking isolation, lifting energy, and creating moments of shared joy and presence.

"The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new."— Dan Millman, Way of the Peaceful Warrior.

Meet Seth

Father   Veteran    Mentor

Seth Miller, LCSW, MSW, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he earned his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

For the past decade, Seth has worked with the Veteran population, specializing in trauma and emotional healing. Through his work, he discovered that some of the most profound medicine arises through creative expression and community.

Seth hosts weekly men’s circles, a place where men can gather for connection, support, and growth. He integrates drumming, Kirtan, meditation, and breathwork as therapeutic modalities that restore balance, release tension, and reconnect individuals to their inner peace.

Seth facilitates spaces where rhythm, sound, and breath become tools for transformation—inviting participants to experience the healing power of presence, connection, and shared vibration.

Testimonials

IMG-20230730-WA0077 (1) (2).jpg
"I had never been to therapy before, but I truly believe Seth was the right person to work with on this inner puzzle of mine. As I grew up I always had this misconception that therapists were cold and unapproachable and likely did not really care about your problems, had I known I could've discussed my problems with someone like Seth I would've given therapy a chance sooner."
